Facility Agent

In a complex and dynamic environment that is usually associated with large financial deals, our Agency & Custody team acts as the primary point of contact between the borrower and lenders in multi-party financial transactions. The Agency & Custody team supports you by monitoring terms of financing agreements, transaction reporting, monitoring covenant compliance requirements, and communicating with all relevant parties.

Account Bank

As a part of our Agency & Custody services we open, operate and administer mandate/ project/ facility accounts in a manner that is consistent with the Account Bank agreement. We provide unrestricted access to any of the customer’s appointed representatives to review statements and records in relation to the accounts. Regular MIS and reports pertaining to the accounts is also made available as and when required.

Security Agent & Custodian Services

As security agents and custodians to a transaction, we provide a safe custody of all Assets, Collaterals, Securities, and documents on an independent basis. We have a bespoke infrastructure, IT solutions, and expertise for reviewing, reporting and safe keeping of physical and electronic securities and documents. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in local regulations and processes to assist us, we are able to accomplish deals in a highly effective and efficient manner.

Escrow Account Agent

In businesses where trust between transacting parties has an element of risk, our Agency & Custody services act as a trusted neutral agent to hold assets/funds in a trust on behalf of the parties involved while a transaction is being finalized. Upon completion of the transaction and satisfaction of all pre-determined contractual obligations, the Agency & Custody team releases the held assets/funds. In addition, our standard real estate development Escrow agreements, processes, and transparent "Know Your Customer" checks enables us to set up escrow accounts quickly.
