- Select “About Bank Muscat Rewards”
All points earned will be reflected within 24 hours on your reward points statement.
Yes, your Bank Muscat Reward points will expire within 24 months of its credited date.
You can view your points statement through the Bank Muscat Reward’s platform:
- Log in to Bank Muscat’s Mobile Banking or Internet Banking
- Select “Bank Muscat Rewards”
- Select the Main Menu
- Select “Points Statement”
- Review your summarized points statement
An automated monthly rewards statement email will also be sent to your registered Email ID.
You can still redeem the desired reward by using your available reward points and/or your Bank Muscat Card at checkout.
